Issue : People : Pastitsio

Greece is a country that has been around for a long time. It borders a bunch of other countries, has the 11th longest coastline, islands, mountains and other stuff. And is also the birthplace of democracy.

The Olympics came from there, history, science, math and whatnot got created or buffed over there, you know what? lets just say Greece has stayed really busy for a long time.

One guy that lived there wrote one of my favorite books of all time called the republic that I have been reading over and over for the last ten years, yet still have a hard time with. Every time I read it I spend half the time looking up words in the dictionary, and every other paragraph makes me have to put it down for a while just to figure out what they meant. Then when I think I maybe have an idea of what the words might be trying to tell me, I move on to the next one.

Whats crazy though is when I go back and read it again after a while what I thought I understood seems brand new, I dunno, its hard to explain, but all I know is that as far as writers go that Plato dude was on some other shit, and left behind a treasure the whole world could profit from. A rich man indeed.

Also all that Greek stuff led to Age of Mythology, and c'mon, that game is awesome.
